College is necessary if you want to go Into a field like medicine engineering Mathematics or law but that's about it So College teaches you to hone in on one Specific field and hardly anything else So when you graduate you have to go into That field if you want to make a living But to build a business you often need Multiple skills things like sales Marketing hiring firing all of that Stuff and you don't need to be an expert In all of them you just have to be good At them so most great entrepreneurs who Are generalists know a little bit about A bunch of different things because Building a business or offering a Service is all about solving problems For people and if you can solve big Problems you can make big money so College doesn't really teach you how to Problem solve as much as it teaches you How to memorize information and pass Tests so it's good for getting grades But it doesn't apply much to creating Value and profiting in the real world
